Shipping, Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Shipping:
We process most orders within 1 to 3 business days. For custom orders, processing times are based on the agreed timeline and the complexity of the project. We primarily ship via USPS or UPS, and please note that we do not ship on U.S. holidays. Once shipped, orders within the U.S. generally arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
Cancellations:
We’re happy to accept cancellations as long as your order has not been marked as fulfilled or shipped. Simply contact us before this stage, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order! If there’s any issue with your purchase, please reach out to us. We ensure the accuracy of every order, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can resolve it. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of coffee and perishable items unless we’ve sent the wrong product. Refunds:
For refunds or credits, please contact us for pre-approval before returning any merchandise. Original shipping charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless we’ve made an error. Kindly avoid sending returns C.O.D., as they will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
